Lori Anna is a registered yoga instructor, recognized by the Yoga Alliance since
2011. She is a reiki practitioner since 1997 and a Mindful Educator.
Lori’s practice has helped increase her strength and flexibility. She is fearless both on and off the mat. Practicing yoga brings her a great sense of peace.Yoga’s transformative power inspires her internally and externally. She feels compelled to share the gift of yoga with you.
Lori’s Yoga mission is to help others thrive by nurturing the body,mind & soul.
To achieve this,she combines mindful meditation, breathing exercises, energy
balancing, yoga wisdom and a creative sequencing of the yoga poses with a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration. Her intention is that you feel refreshed, nourished, balanced and blissful when you step off the yoga mat.

The journey through mindful motion promotes focus on the present moment, calmness, self-esteem, diversity, digital detox, compassion, empathy, and kindness, The children feel a sense of well-being, respect for others and love for one-self on the inside and out. This is achieved through Yoga poses, games, music and stories. Promoting strength, flexibility, coordination, self-expression and body awareness.
