Yoga Parties

Yoga parties are a fun and healthy way to bring a group together to experience and learn about the benefits of yoga. Available for birthdays, bachelorette parties or any special occasion on location.

Journey through the Mindful Motion Mode

The journey through mindful motion promotes focus on the present moment, calmness, self-esteem, diversity, digital detox, compassion, empathy, and kindness, The children feel a sense of well-being, respect for others and love for one-self on the inside and out. This is achieved through Yoga poses, games, music and stories. Promoting strength, flexibility, coordination, self-expression and body awareness.
